Ducky Stock is operated by ZIZHAO ZHANG. These terms cover duckybot.app and its connected AI tools.
Using the service
Ducky Stock provides stock research, public-disclosure information, attributed creator commentary, historical simulations and account research features. Use the service only where permitted by applicable law and only with accounts and data you are authorized to access.
Research and investment decisions
Content is provided for information and research. It is not personalized investment advice or an instruction to trade. Ducky Stock does not provide brokerage services, hold customer investment funds or place orders. You are responsible for your investment decisions.
Coverage can be incomplete and information can be delayed, corrected or withdrawn. Public disclosure access currently has a five-day delay. Fund filings describe reported holdings, not live trades. Creator trades are self-reported unless independently verified. Check original sources and their dates. Historical simulations are hypothetical results, not audited account performance or a prediction of future returns. They may omit trading costs, slippage and other real-world constraints; consult each result’s methodology.
Accounts and connected AI tools
Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Connecting an AI application lets it access the Ducky features covered by the permissions you grant. Research reads do not change your account. Supported account changes require the corresponding permission. Review requested changes and revoke connections you no longer use. The AI provider’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to that provider.
Acceptable use and source material
Do not access another person’s private data, bypass access controls or rate limits, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. Source material remains subject to its owners’ rights and applicable restrictions. A link or excerpt does not grant a right to redistribute the full source.
Availability and notifications
Features and coverage may change. Requests or notifications may be delayed or fail; do not rely on a notification as the sole basis for a time-sensitive decision. We may restrict access needed to address abuse or security issues. You may stop using the service and disconnect your AI application at any time.
Charges
The plugin itself does not process payments or start subscriptions. Paid offerings, if available, disclose their price and conditions before you purchase them. Connecting Ducky Stock does not by itself authorize a charge.

Changes and mandatory rights
Updated terms display their effective date. Material changes will be made available before they take effect. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
